Rules to play:

No Purchase Necessary. Use only legible official form to enter, photo copy will not be accepted.
No employees or relative of employees or any association to this company or any entity involve with this company will be eligible to enter or to win.
Winner will be notified with telephone and email and he or she must claim the prize within 7 days after notified, after 7 days we will draw for another winner if prize has not been claimed. The date of drawing will be held at Old Havana Smoke Shop on December, 17th, 2009 all promotion is paid by old Havana Smoke Shop and a third party will be present to witness this Event.
